Travel Advisor Appreciation Month Promotion: $100 Travel Advisor incentive per booking is valid only for new confirmed Viking bookings on all available sailing year departures and itineraries made by Travel Advisors from May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025. To be eligible, Travel Advisor must have successfully completed Viking Fundamentals, Rivers, Oceans and Expeditions courses in the Viking Travel Advisor Academy and be registered for the Viking Rewards program. This incentive is valid on both FIT and group bookings. Participating Travel Advisor must be registered for Viking Rewards before May 31, 2025. Registered advisor name, email, and agency must match advisor name, email, and agency on booking. Eligible travel advisors must be 18 years or older, and reside in the US or Canada. Advisor incentive will be paid in local currency of the country of residence of the advisor. Reward card will only be issued to the registered travel advisor that originally made the booking and cannot be transferred to another party. Not applicable for Viking tours. Advisor incentive is not valid on FAMs, Interline, agent reduced rates, wholesale or charter bookings. Advisor incentive is only available at the advisor level and not the agency level. Advisor incentive will be processed 5-6 weeks after the promotion ends; please allow up to 18 weeks to receive payment. Viking is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired cards. Any unused funds at time of card expiration will be lost. The booking incentive program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
